Location: San Jose or New York City (onsite) Base Salary: $120,000-166,000 Who You Are: We are looking for a tech-savvy Live Streaming Video Manager to oversee the planning, production, and execution of live video streams across X's wide portfolio of premium content partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live video, live video production, and live streaming technical knowledge streaming video to social platforms including X. This role will be responsible for training Partners on X's live video functionality and tools, overseeing live streaming video events while they unfold, and working with partners to troubleshoot and navigate technical issues. What You'll Do: This role requires availability for evening and weekend hours to support high-profile live event programming, delivering premium, white-glove service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Responsibilities:

• Train content partners on X's suite live video and streaming tools and processes.
• Triage livestreaming video issues and navigate through technical obstacles in partnership with cross functional internal teams.
• Provide support to X's Content Partner Managers for livestreaming video events occurring on nights and weekends.
• Liaise with live production teams and technicians to setup, test, and launch livestreaming video initiatives.
• Analyze audience metrics and provide regular reporting to Partner Managers and Content Partners.
• Oversee livestreaming capabilities for X's suite of daily livestreaming content programming.
• Manage a calendar of live streaming video events across major Sports, Entertainment, News and Lifestyle content partners and Original Programming.

Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in live streaming or video production. • Proficient with live-streaming software (OBS, Wirecast, vMix, etc.). • Strong understanding of audio, video, and encoding technologies. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
