Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Director to lead the planning and execution of live events, from initial concept to final delivery. This role is critical for managing complex, high-profile projects, ensuring technical excellence, innovative creative solutions, and an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong production background, a passion for live experiences, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Lead all stages of event production, including product launches, corporate announcements, experiential campaigns, and multi-channel live shows.
  • Collaboration & Creativity: Partner closely with creative teams to translate ideas into feasible and impactful experiences, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.
  • Onsite Execution: Oversee the integration of all event elements, including digital, lighting, sound, and content, and manage onsite operations to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Supplier Coordination: Source and manage vendors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
  • Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters while maximizing value for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor production teams, fostering collaboration and upholding high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Client Relations: Act as the client's main point of contact, presenting budgets, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-profile corporate events, such as product launches or press conferences.
  • Strong knowledge of event production, including technical, logistical, and digital aspects.
  • Experience with multi-camera broadcasts and other advanced production techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience in the automotive or similar sectors is a plus.
