Job Summary: Live Hang is responsible for removing live tom turkeys coups on a semi trailer and placing them on the line for harvesting. Wage:$21.00 per hour + $4.00 perfect attendance bonus if qualified = $25 per hour Job Requirements
- No previous experience is necessary.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must adhere to the WLF's and federal law for animal handling practice.
- Start time is 4:30 a.m. until done.
- Must be able to stand on a moving platform with a maximum height of 9 feet.
- Must practice good personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist.
- Ability to stand for long periods, including working from a platform.
- Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
