138 UNIT Sec 8 Elderly and Disabled independent apartment complex in the Wauwatosa community, seeks experienced Live in on-site manager. This is a 9:00am - 3:00 pm position (plus emergency situations). 1 BR Apt with Utilities and generous compensation package. This building has 2 wings and 3 floors with elevator so there will be a lot of walking. Responsibilities are as follows but not exclusive: Communication between bldg and office for any tenant related issues, Apartment showing, Administrative paperwork such as Annual recertification lease signing, Move In/Move Out paperwork, and delivery of notice to tenants. Must have strong communication skills for Interaction with tenants, interaction with maintenance contractors. Set up once a month Stock Box from Hungry Task Force for the tenants. Be a team player with Maintenance manager. Coordinate the Holiday party and various activities for Tenant to partake. Computer skills are required for emails and document writing. Background check required plus valid drivers license is required.
