LIVE-IN APPLICANT ONLY:Job Summary:iCare Elder Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Direct Care Worker to join our team in providing individualized care and support to elderly individuals in Pennsylvania. This is live-in position. Please only apply if interested in a live-in position. A weekly compensation between $800 and $900 per week that is paid bi-weekly. As an individual contributor, the Direct Care Worker will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and independence of our clients.Compensation & Benefits:- compensation rate between $800 and $900 per week- Live-in only with Flexible scheduling options- Opportunities for career growth and development- Positive and collaborative work environment- Comprehensive training and support- 401k retirement plan- Employee assistance program- Paid time off- Medical, dental, and vision insurance options for eligible employeesResponsibilities:- Live-in ability-Provide direct assistance and support to clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary and nutritional needs- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to a supervisor- Follow care plans and update them as needed- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client careRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred- Must have a current CPR/First Aid certification- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays- Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly individuals- Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practices- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationEEOC Statement:iCare Elder Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
