This position is the primary administrator of the organizations Learning Management System (LMS). This position's key responsibilities include:
* Monitors new hire training employees and ensures timely completion and effectiveness of training. Follows up with the designated Trainers or Manager responsible for training as necessary to ensure completion.
* Administers evaluations to trainees to assess training effectiveness and suggest ways to improve the learning experience.
* Primary administrator of Learning Management System (LMS):
o Ensures that employees are enrolled in appropriate courses/modules based on position and regulatory requirements. Monitors course content, course completions, and evaluation processes to ensure processes are completed within given timeframes.
o Creates learning objectives in the system, including but not limited to, online e-learning classes, videos, curricula, and PDFs/materials as needed.
o Maintains data integrity rules and processes for the LMS.
o Investigates and resolves any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies.
o Compiles metrics for monthly usage reporting and training content adoption.
o Develop standardized LMS operational SOPs.
o Ensures that training content is running properly at all times without interruption, quality degradation, and verifying there are no technical issues that could diminish the overall user experience.
o Provides end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors reoccurring issues, system data, process gaps and proactively identifies potential opportunities of efficiencies and enhancements.
o Works with the Talent Department to ensure proper setup and system support for learning activities within the LMS.
o Creates and maintains compliant training records and files and ensures training schedules and documentation is up-to-date in accordance with laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
o Ensures all employees are compliant with state and federal training regulations (ie: annual sexual harassment training).
Updates and/or maintains training and collateral resources, which includes, but is not limited to, training manuals, online knowledge base, reference guides and presentations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
* Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science or related field required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in learning management systems, content management, learning, talent development or related role required.
* Experience with learning management systems required. Experience using Articulate 360 and SumTotal strongly preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work on tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
COMPENSATION: $42,500 - $66,000
