- Conducts comprehensive assessment of a student s functional, behavioral, emotional needs
- Analyze data and progress of students
- Utilize variety of treatment approaches that are safe, creative and individualized to the student s needs
- Collaborate with clinicians, and team members to ensure each student s progress is holistic, integrated, and takes into account student s goals, progress, and developmental needs
- Maintain records and reports as required
Qualifications:
- New York State License or License Eligible (LMSW, MSW LMHC)
- Master s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in conducting Mental/Behavioral Health Assessments, Evaluations and Interventions
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
- Experience working with middle and high school aged student with autism
