THE JOB

We are seeking a CFO to drive the financial strategy of the Live Nation's US Concerts Division. This pivotal role involves setting and executing both long-term and short-term financial goals, overseeing all financial operations, and reporting directly to the Co-Presidents of the US Concerts Division to drive growth and foster innovation. Key responsibilities include evaluating the division's fiscal performance, conducting advanced forecasting leveraging industry trends, and leading a team of finance and accounting professionals.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Participate as a key member of the executive team, with responsibility for establishing, supporting and executing long-range and short-term goals, strategies, plans and policies for the division.
  • Lead Finance and Accounting functions with ownership of financial reporting, financial planning, monthly forecasting and internal control compliance.
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the division's fiscal function and performance.
  • Work with divisional and corporate leadership to coordinate the annual financial and capital plan for the division.
  • Lead the development of insights from analyzing trends in the marketplace.
  • Build new analytical tools to assist management with the development of strategies.
  • Function as the key finance liaison between divisional finance and LNE corporate finance.
  • Maintain proper internal controls environment applicable for the division related to LNE's SOX compliance requirements.
  • Build and lead value-added teams comprising of 100+ accounting, finance and strategy professionals.
  • Plan for continual improvement of the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the group.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Accounting). MBA and/or CPA required.
  • 10+ years' experience in finance management and/or accounting.
  • Proven track record leading Finance and Accounting within high-growth dynamic organization.
  • Superior leadership, motivation, strategic planning, and general business abilities.
  • Experienced manager with sound planning, forecasting, problem-solving, analytical, financial modeling and technical skills.
  • Results driven, energetic, creative and hardworking.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage large, decentralized teams.
  • Strong Excel skills, MS office computer skills, presentation and PowerPoint skills.

**Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.

The expected compensation for this position is: $266,000.00 USD - $333,000.00 USD

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
