Openings for a Per Diem LNA; 1st, 2nd shift and 3rd shift Hourly Per Diem Wage Range: $20.00 to $24.25 per hour, depending on years of experience. Shift Differential: Additional pay on top of the hourly rate: Weekday 2nd and 3rd shift: +$2.00 Weekend 1st shift: +$2.00 Weekend 2nd shift: +$3.00 Weekend 3rd shift: +$3.50 Per Diem Requirements; Work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, with at least 2 of the 4 shifts being a weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday).
