We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice & Palliative Care team. You'll play a vital role in supporting terminally ill patients and their families during a difficult time.
What you'll do:
- Provide hands-on care to patients at the McClure Miller Respite House or in their homes, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
- Build trusting relationships based on empathy, understanding, and respect for each patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Educate and support families, offering guidance and comfort.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care.
