Summary: Responsible for any assigned duties involved in the loading of product and unloading of raw materials for the Logistics division of ShoreMaster, LLC. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
- Safely operate a forklift
- Maintain quality control
- Have the ability to properly read and use a tape measure
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Loading of finished product to be shipped to customers and vendors
- Unloading of materials to be made into finished product
- Final packaging including palletizing, stacking product, bundling product, packing gaylord boxes and crate building
- Loading yard cleanliness
- Work towards gaining familiarity with product lines and loading methods such as when to use stacks of product, bundles, pallets, crates or gaylord boxes
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement culture
- May work as general laborer and/or other duties as assigned if duties are slow

Working Conditions: Will be working in all weather conditions. Will require long workdays at times, sometimes with little notice.
