Job Descriptions:This position will operate a WA500 and CAT 980 to pull stockpiles, push in for feeders, and clean up around the Primary and Finish Plants.$1 shift differentialMonthly Production BonusWhat You Will Do:Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Immediately report all unsafe conditions and behaviors to Management and/or Safety Manager.Maintain a clean and orderly work area and meet other housekeeping needs as required by the Company, MSHA and other regulatory agency requirements.Operate a Yard Loader and other heavy equipment to lift and transport finished material to and from stockpiles, maintain level floor, and maintain safe loadout face.Maintain daily cleanliness of heavy equipment being operated.Perform daily written pre-shift inspection on the equipment being used immediately notify management of any unsafe conditions.Coordinate with management on inventories and demand.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Experience:What You Need:Previous experience operating a Pit Loader, Excavator, other heavy equipment in a quarry/mining or construction industry preferred.Knowledge of general principles and practices of operating and servicing heavy mining/construction equipment.Willing to work overtime and extended hours/weekends, depending on company need.Must be able to work in all kinds of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.Benefits include: Health insurance, Dental and Vision, insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k) with match, Life insurance, paid vacation, production bonusPre-employment drug test/background check will be conductedWe are an equal opportunity employerKeyword: yard loaderFrom: The Concrete Company (Foley Products)
