The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment and ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials at our job sites. Duties and Responsibilities: *Operate and maintain heavy equipment, specifically loaders, to load and unload materials. *Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment, reporting any defects or needed repairs. *Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. *Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, operations, and maintenance. *Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Requirements: *Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a loader, but we are willing to train the right candidate. *Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair. *Ability to follow instructions and work independently. *Good communication skills. *A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
