Position Overview: This role performs a variety of duties in loading and unloading of finished product into tanker trucks. Prepare and check shipping paperwork. Basic data entry and reporting. Retrieve tank samples and performs quality testing.
Job Responsibilities
The Loader Qualification process trains the candidate on tanker truck unloading and loading; operate finished product loading controls and systems located throughout the facility. Learn data record keeping system, enter in analytical results, generate Certificates of Analysis, generate Bills of Lading, and enter Production sheets.
* Train with certified senior operators. Learn tank sampling protocol and procedures.
* Learn and contribute to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Moreau facility.
* This position is responsible for production, quality control testing, loading, housekeeping and maintenance and other duties required within the department.
* This person is required to follow all environmental, health and safety rules and procedures, effectively modeling Hexion core values and leadership characteristics.

Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Experience in manufacturing environment is an asset
* Basic computer skills
* Able to work the night shift
* Mechanical aptitude or related manufacturing experience is an asset
* Physical: Walking, sitting, climbing, lifting, balancing, kneeling, reaching, handling, dexterity, talking, hearing, seeing, and work in a safety sensitive plant environment. Lifting up to 30 pounds infrequently. Viewing a computer screen for extended periods of time.
* Aptitudes: must possess the ability to understand the meaning of words and their ideas, as well as instructions and their underlying principles. Perform arithmetic operations quickly and accurately and possess eye-hand coordination. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
* Temperaments: Must have the ability to accept responsibility, perform duties to meet due dates, adapt to situations requiring preciseness and adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
* Report to work, Fit for Duty. Able to wear a full-face respirator when needed and job/task specific PPE.
