- Review closed lender loan files for purchase.
- Maintain a minimum number of lender loan files purchased per month.
- Daily communication with lenders regarding potential loan file issues.
- Assist lenders with loan file corrections as well as process improvements.
- Adhere to agency, Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), and Partner State guidelines.
- Coordinate with team coworkers to facilitate a smooth and accurate process.
- Collaborate with team as well as leadership on possible process improvements.
- Attention to detail at the highest level.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. RequirementsPosition qualifications are the following:
- Four year degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience is desired
- A minimum of three years experience in the mortgage lending is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail and efficient time management.
- Ability in strong 10-key and typing skills with accuracy.
- Experience in Title or Escrow is preferred.
- Proven ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships.
- Must exhibit excellent communication skills.
