  • Review closed lender loan files for purchase.
  • Maintain a minimum number of lender loan files purchased per month.
  • Daily communication with lenders regarding potential loan file issues.
  • Assist lenders with loan file corrections as well as process improvements.
  • Adhere to agency, Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), and Partner State guidelines.
  • Coordinate with team coworkers to facilitate a smooth and accurate process.
  • Collaborate with team as well as leadership on possible process improvements.
  • Attention to detail at the highest level.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. RequirementsPosition qualifications are the following:
  • Four year degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience is desired
  • A minimum of three years experience in the mortgage lending is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with great attention to detail and efficient time management.
  • Ability in strong 10-key and typing skills with accuracy.
  • Experience in Title or Escrow is preferred.
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must exhibit excellent communication skills.
