Ewing Subaru of Plano is currently seeking a Loan Car Coordinator. This position actively works with our customers to smoothly transition them into a loaner vehicle when the customer arrives for service. This position will be responsible for the daily in and out duties needed to run our fleet of loaner vehicles. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee check in and check out process for all loaners/ rentals.
- Be able to open and close all loaner/ rental contracts
- Be able to record damages and oversee repairs if needed
- Be able to coordinate with the sales department the removal/ import of vehicles
- Make sure fleet is clean and loan ready
- Be able to perform valet and porter duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and go over loaner/ rental expectations
Experience/Requirements:
