Pay Range: $21.63 - $28.87 The Loan Documentation team at NBT is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy and compliance for loans across the banks lines of business. The Loan Documentation Specialist II independently performs complex loan documentation analysis. Intermediate technical expertise is utilized for preparation and review of complex Commercial and Business Banking loan documentation to ensure adherence to loan approval, loan policy, bank procedures, laws, and regulations. This includes lien perfection, insurance requirements, and appropriate disclosures. Apply advance knowledge of loan accounting system setup, policy, procedures, regulations, and law to ensure the banks interests and assets are protected. Analyze information, comprehend complex loan documentation and structure, and make processing decisions based on established procedures and guidelines.
