Job Description: The candidate would be responsible for the support of the Loan IQ system:
- JC or WP
- Needs to be an expert at Loan IQ
- Testing Experience a must have
- Support all aspects of regression and interface testing of the LoanIQ system due to upgrades, and/or service packs installations.
- Support the analysis and implementation of new functionality.
- Provide support to BCDAD Loan Services, Treasury Operations and Controllers to LoanIQ related issues.
- Provide training of loan services staff of the LoanIQ system when required or requested.
- Provide backup documentation to LIQ IT support team if LoanIQ issues need to be forwarded to the vendor (Finastra).
- Assist the business with new product initiatives and provide system solutions.

Other: - Provide support to other applications that receive LoanIQ data.
- Support other project related work.
- Provide user liaison support of the Global Gateway System (GGS)
- Provide user liaison support of Treasury Dashboard.
Reporting: - Support the development of reports as requested by the user group (Marketing Areas, Controllers dept, Loan Services, etc.)
- Reconcile any breaks between LIQ subledger and Oracle GL system.
- Provide quarter end and term end reporting to Controllers to be submitted to Head Office.
- Provide reporting to Regulatory agencies or Audit department upon request.
