Our Indirect Lenders/Member Service Officers assist our members and dealers with indirect loans, connecting our members to the products and services that fit their financial goals. As the Assistant Indirect Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, developing and maintaining indirect dealer relationships, onboarding new Levo members through the Indirect Program, posting transactions, opening accounts, underwriting loans, and other responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Assist the Branch Manager with the successful overall operation of the Indirect Team. Including, but not limited to, assuring quality member service with a focus on relationship building. Build a high-quality deposit and loan portfolio resulting in department profitability.
- Interview and evaluate the needs of members and potential members, identify appropriate member needs, and cross-sell financial products that meet those needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with secondary referral sources, such as local businesses and car dealers. Also, assist the Manager in overseeing indirect dealer relationships.
- Assure outbound call objectives are met. Provide follow-up and monthly reporting to the Branch Manager on call efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain communication with the Manager regarding changes, pertinent problems, irregularities, and new developments within areas of responsibility or those useful to improve credit union performance.

RequirementsAssistant Indirect Manager Supervisory Responsibilities : Directly supervises employees in the indirect center in the MSO area. Assist with supervising all other department staff as directed by the Branch Manager. May also be required to temporarily supervise trainees and relief staff by coaching them, and monitoring and reporting their performance to their immediate supervisor. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Assistant Indirect Manager Qualifications : Two-year degree in business or related field or one to two years similar or related lending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous loan underwriting experience. Relevant expertise includes supervisory, indirect lending, customer service, underwriting, and familiarity with account opening, loan applications, and other banking products and services.We are an equal opportunity employer. Salary Description$48,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
