Farm Credit Southeast Missouri, Kennett Branch Office, is seeking a full-time Loan Officer.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Provide and promote credit services to our members by facilitating all aspects of the lending process.Process applications, analyze records, approve collateral, and analyze repayment ability.Make sound loan recommendations, loan approvals, and loan servicing functions.Market loan products to prospective customers and build relationships with existing customers.Educate customers on the benefits of existing Association products and services.Requirements:Must be very customer service oriented with exceptional sales skills and a positive work attitude.Have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business with a farming or ag-business background.Two years or more of lending experience preferred.Must have a strong sales background and enjoy making sales calls to farmers.Farm Credit Southeast Missouri offers a great work environment with competitive compensation packages.
