NOW HIRING a loan operations/loan PROCESSOR: The Loan Operations/Loan Processor maintains the bank's core system with new or updated loan documentation, under the supervision and guidance of the VP Loan Operations Manager. The role will review the accuracy of all loan documentation in accordance with regulations, procedures, and policies. The Loan Operations/Loan Processor will assist customers with general loan-related questions and provide support to Loan Officers by processing loans, taking applications, and assisting Loan Officers when necessary. What will I do?
- Process loans and assist loan officers.
- Submit loan applications with recommendations for underwriting approval.
- Record applications for loan information and disbursements of funds.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by displaying sincere, outgoing friendliness.
- Order credit reports, NADA valuations, flood determinations, appraisals, and title searches.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Previous loan processing, loan operations, and loan compliance experience is preferred.
