Pay Range: $76,245.00 - $101,795.00The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient, economical, and compliant operations of the department. Through a multi-geographical team, the manager ensures loan account information is accurately maintained on the core accounting system, at both set up and ongoing maintenance.With an advanced understanding of loan structure and documentation pertaining to a customer segment (consumer, indirect, specialty, commercial, or letters of credit); of Core accounting system, product specifications with loan boarding and understanding impact to any changes to system related to GL interface; and of loan servicing functions including loan boarding, differing payment and payoff functionality, the incumbent utilizes significant judgement and provides guidance on complex business situations.Monitor quality and service levels. Develop and create reports, tracking relevant metrics. Responsible for quality control activities and provide constructive feedback. Is a key player in developing and implementing testing, enhancements, and upgrades to the loan accounting system.Build a high performing team directly and through a team of subordinate leaders by attracting, developing, retaining, and recognizing a diverse workforce. Coach and mentor team members. Ensure effective one on one conversations occur throughout the team. Provides direction, feedback, support, and encouragement for career development.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience required. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Loan Operations experience preferred
