As a Loan Operations Vice President in the Principal Finance team, you will be part of a supportive and diverse team that empowers individuals to shape innovative solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing a portfolio of Loans and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate directly with the deal team and external service providers.
- Support Loan operational management and execution activities for private credit, private equity, and real estate product lines.
- Manage end-to-end loan transaction processes for a portfolio of investments.
- Conduct operational analysis of proposed loan transactions and implement effective management procedures.
- Advise and coordinate approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee transaction loan closing and ongoing loan administration.
- Maintain ownership of data in loan management and peripheral systems.
- Review and approve loan administration activities within LoanIQ and other systems.
- Report portfolio metrics for Regional CIOs and manage staff engagement.
- Lead and contribute to technology and data projects to enhance operational efficiency and capabilities.
About you:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in financial or professional services in a similar role.
- Syndicated Loans experience is essential
- Previous experience with LoanIQ (or equivalent loan management system) is preferred but not essential
- Strong numerical and Excel skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Salary
The typical base pay range for this role is between $35,000 - $200,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
