Job Description Loan Processor Orem, Utah Full-Time (8:30 am 5:30 pm) with an hour lunch Base Pay (DOE) + Quarterly Performance Bonuses + Benefits Primary Responsibilities Prepare loan documents, book loans, and fund consumer and commercial loans. Order credit, title, flood, environmental, and other reporting needs for loan officers. Follow up with loan officers on missing loan documentation. Assure that all loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with bank loan policy and regulatory agencies. Superior customer service skills to loan officers and other departments of the bank. Other side duties as assigned by the Loan Department Manager. Minimum Qualifications Superior customer service skills Strong math, reading, Microsoft Office, and computer skills Take ownership of assigned duties Superior communication skills, both oral and written Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications & Expenience High school diploma or other formal education Working in a team environment with problem solving thinking Banking, mortgage, or work experience in a professional office environment | Loan Processor.
