Role Description: The Loan Processor Manager will oversee and supervise loan operations and the loan processing team. The objective of this role is to ensure the performance of a full range of duties pertaining to the processing of all bank loans, including operations, governance, experience, management and oversight. In this role you will:
    • Oversee and supervise the operations and processing of all bank loans, primary commercial real estate
    • Develop training protocol to ensure the loan processing department uses best practices
    • Ensure the team understands and utilizes required software platforms
    • Implement efficient operational processes
    • Ensure all team members understand and adhere to regulatory requirements
    • Supervise, develop and motivate team members
    • Monitor to ensure both new and renewal loan documents are accurately prepared for commercial and consumer loans according to the loan write up while following loan policy and banking regulations.
    • Monitor closing pipeline with title companies to ensure timely closings
    • Review to ensure Loan Processors file UCC's and vehicle notice of liens on line appropriately.
    • Review daily Fiserv reports, assist with non-post resolution as needed.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of commercial loan processing management experience
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
    • Ability to create a strong team and teamwork orientation among team members
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment and assist other teams as needed
    • Analytical, organizational and time management abilities
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory and compliance issues affecting all aspects of the bank lending process
