Location: Stuart, FL preferred, will consider other office locations within the Seacoast Bank footprint in FLJOB SUMMARY:The Loan Products Operations Manager oversees the daily operational functions of FIS Bank controls. This role involves providingguidance and support to various departments, including Community Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Risk & Data Analytics, Corporate Treasury, Treasury Management, Product & Pricing, Accounting, Reconciliation, Compliance, and Marketing. The manager ensures efficient operations and collaborates with stakeholders to maintain and enhance banking services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand the business needs and requirements from an FIS core system standpoint.
  • Propose solutions and work closely with Commercial Banking, Accounting, FP&A, Community Banking, Mortgage Banking, Marine Lending, Treasury Management, Corporate Treasury, Product & Pricing, and Marketing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Seacoast's loan products, features, services, and behaviors.
  • Drive the requirements for FIS systems upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and updates.
  • Monitor and test existing products to certify on-going product compliance.
  • Develop, document, and validate business and technical requirements, process flows, use cases, test plans, and other work streams related existing and new product launches, interest rate plans and loan fee plans.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and required test work papers related to system/application configuration and system environment in accordance with mandated risk controls.
  • Ensure that loan products and technical decisions are aligned with Bank's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Become the functional and technical subject matter expert for FIS loan product controls.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize strategic requests and execute changes in a high-quality fashion and communicate progress to all key stakeholders.
  • Ensure product integration exists by creating and maintaining general ledger interfaces for principal, accrued interest, interest expense and event fee assessments collaborating with Reconciliation and Accounting.
  • Associate is responsible to review FIS bulletins for system updates, identifying regulatory items, new functionality that replaces manual workarounds, or other items that should be considered for utilization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems integration between FIS Loan System and Origination Platforms to create appropriate change control processes that could impact loan onboarding interfaces when changes are made.
  • SME to oversee and perform mapping for automated onboarding of loans during loan pool purchases and M&A activities.
  • Associate to support the Data Governance Office (DGO) activities and building the data quality dataflows for loans, documenting and obtaining DGO approvals, perform mass changes, and oversee and direct cleanup activities.
  • Cross-train with the Deposit Products Operations Manager to provide back-up support for critical daily tasks and/or oversight activities.
  • Adhere to deadlines to ensure products are deployed within the required SLA.
  • Use analytical skills to solve problems and respond to incidents and service requests related to bank controls.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years Banking Operations experience; or a combination of education and experience. PC proficient, including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in product management and core banking platform.
  • 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with FIS IBS InSight and related third-party vendors.
  • Proven accuracy and thoroughness
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Adapts easily to change in the work environment.
  • High school diploma required.
