Job Description: Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products - a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Servicing Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The Loan Servicing Administrative Assistant is a key member of our loan servicing team, responsible for handling all incoming communications, managing loan-related documentation, and providing exemplary customer service. This role is critical to ensuring that our borrowers' needs are met promptly and efficiently, aligning with our company's commitment to integrity, accountability, and service excellence.Our Company's Core Values:

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls related to loan servicing, addressing borrower questions or directing calls to the appropriate contact within the servicing team.
  • Serve as the primary operator within Freshdesk, managing inbound email communications from borrowers and assigning tasks to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage, scan, and document all inbound mail related to loan servicing, including notices, insurance renewals, and other critical documents.
  • Maintain borrower records by updating contact information within our servicing platform (Salesforce) upon request.
  • Coordinate and manage the request and delivery of 1098 forms, payoff statements, Verifications of Mortgage (VOMs), Releases, and other miscellaneous document requests.
  • Assist in ensuring that all loan servicing operations are conducted with a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Any other related tasks associated within Loan Servicing and customer contact
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Exemplary Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service, with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to maintaining a high level of data integrity and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Banking Principles: Familiarity with interest collection, loan documentation, collateral management, and other general mortgage banking practices.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial and/or construction loan servicing, loan documentation, or related job experience in the financial or real estate industry.
