This is an on-siteposition located in Woodsville, NHWoodsville Guaranty Savings Bankis seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. While job specific experience is preferred, we would be willing to train the right candidate with experience related to operations or retail banking. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8am to 5pm. This position is located in our Operations Center in Woodsville, NH.Loan Servicing Specialist Responsibilities:Processing loan documents to create and update loan records on the banks loan information systemReview new commercial loans, modifications and renewalsProcess UCC filings, continuations, modifications, and cancelationsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and balancing functionsKeep up to date with and comply with all loan operations policies and procedures, bank policy, and federal/state rules and regulationsLoan Servicing Specialist Requirements:General banking and lending knowledge, loan servicing experience is preferredCommitment to a high level of customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHighly attentive to detail with excellent organization and time management skillsThis Job Description describes some of the essential functions and qualification of the position, it is not a complete description of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.Woodsville Guaranty Bank encourages diversity in the workplace.
