Job DescriptionThe Stonebreaker, is actively searching for a motivated and diligent Lobby/Public Space Attendant to collaborate with our team!Weekly pay!!The Stonebreaker restaurant is opening October 2024 and the Stonebreaker Hotel will be opening January 2025.The Stonebreaker, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in 2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900 sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Private Members Only Club Lounge, and check in area for guests. Alongside the Inn stands the historic Pratt Place Barn, a venue that has been restored to continue hosting some marvelous events. All surrounded by a network of nature trails that allows guests to explore the property.Experience and SkillsJob Summary:
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all property floors, including but not limited to all restaurant dining areas, bar areas, event space, hallways and stairs, lobby areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, breakroom, employee areas, and all prep areas.
- General upkeep of all public areas to include but not limited to; cleaning chandeliers, dusting, arranging furniture, cleaning blinds and window treatments, polishing furniture and deep cleaning food and beverage areas, cleaning shelving and décor.
- Responsible for the proper operation of all cleaning tools and equipment (carpet shampooer, floor buffer, steamer, deep cleaning chemicals, etc.)
- Reports to supervisor/manager for daily tasks and deep cleaning assignments.
- Adhere to all Safety and Security policies and procedures outlined by the housekeeping department and the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- 1 year cleaning experience preferred
- Neat and professional appearance
- Positive, team player attitude
- Self-motivated individual
- Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).
