What we're looking for: We are seeking an energetic Local Community Associate who will drive sales growth and foster strong community ties within the local market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with a knack for building lasting relationships and a strong understanding of community dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in a community-focused role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Suite and comfort learning new technical systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with travel within the local market and participating in local events (approximately once per month on average).
  • Must be flexible in covering Quincy, Wellesley, and Boston local markets.

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.05/hour plus a bonus based on performance. Placement is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members. What you'll do:
  • Engage with local businesses and community members to proactively build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the growth of the local market through strategic outreach and participation in local events.
  • Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Primary support of all inbound demand (coworking space, phones, emails, etc).
  • Ensure the effective use of sales and customer service tools to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Custom Ink's values and services within the community.
  • Participate in and organize community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other local and regional team members to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
