About Our Client With a existing office of 50+ people in Dallas, our client is looking to expand and add another superintendent to their commercial division.
Job Description As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following.
- Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project
- Bringing the project to completion on schedule, within budget
- Enforce all safety policies
- Work closely with the project management team
- Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors

The Successful Applicant The successful Construction Superintendent (Commercial) will have:
- 7 - 10 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- 5+ years in Commercial ground up construction preferred
- Ground-up construction experience required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working on projects valued at $5M or more
