Job Description & Requirements Specialty: LPN / LVN Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is partnering with a large organization focused on servicing patients with Cerebral Palsy. They are currently in need of an LPN for their day shifts. This person must be willing to commit to a full 40 hours per week and 8 hour long shifts. Within those bounds, the client is flexible on scheduling (schedules range from 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, and allow for breaks/gaps in time to handle personal matters, etc.). This LPN will be offered competitive pay and benefits. The weekly pay for this position is $1,200 - $1,400. Job Function: Day Shift 9am - 5pm Perform assessment of residents and update Registered Nurse as needed for additional care. Dispense medication and document in medication administration. Provide hands on care to improve the health of residents. Maintain health records as required. Assist the Registered Nurse in conducting and implementing health related training for residents and staff. Assist with the coordination and implementation of health initiatives for residents.
