Summary of Need:Equiliem is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses for Full-Time to Part-Time hours to work with People with Developmental Disabilities. The population including some individuals who are medically or physically disabled, as well as some who are confined to wheelchairs. There is a fluctuating need (one that may change from day-to-day and not for a fixed number of positions).Detailed SpecificationsThe following specifications cover LPN qualifications and duties for Western New York DDSOO community sites throughout Erie and Niagara counties. Current needs are the following locations but are subject to change. Candidates for this position will be required to have a NYS driver's license and may be required to report to more than one location.Required: 1 full year of LPN experience, Active BLS certificationLocations: Throughout West Seneca, Orchard Park, Lake View, and Hamburg, NY.Shifts: Various – Mainly evenings, and nights. Full-Time includes every other weekend and some holidays, Part-Time may be more flexible.Contract: Up to 2 years.
