Documentation completed per protocol.Resident's rehabilitative (restorative and maintenance) needs are met as outlined in plan of care and in accordance with policies and procedures, including range of motion, ambulation, transfers, proper body alignment and use of assistive devices. Documentation completed per protocol.Resident's rights, refusals, and concerns are reported to Charge and/or Supervising Nurse in a timely fashion in accordance with policies and procedures. Changes in resident physical, emotional and psychosocial status are identified and reported to Charge Nurse promptly.Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is reasonably anticipated.
