- Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction of the Chicago market
- Partner and collaborate with Aon business partners for growth, strategic direction, and client service
- Drive cohesiveness and collaboration across H&B account team and producers
- Collaborate across solution lines in support of Aon's 3x3 strategy
- Grow revenue and increase Aon's market share in the Chicago market
- Lead overall financial performance and business P&L to include revenue and profitability
- Drive colleague engagement and proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline
- Network with external senior talent across the industry to deepen succession plans and strengthen the practice
- Focus on leadership development by serving as a mentor and coach to direct reports and other high potential talent
- Serve as executive sponsor to key clients and strategic leader on new business pursuits
- Keep a pulse on emerging business opportunities and partner with the Innovation Team to bring new insights and solutions to clients
- Work with other Health Solutions leaders to better understand our clients' current and future challenges and use that information to explore potential solutionsSkills and experience that will lead to success
- Fifteen plus years of health and benefits consulting and/or leadership experience at Aon, a competitor or carrier
- Experience in leading a team of client-focused colleagues
- Proven track record for growthEducation
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Master of Business Administration is preferred.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
