Arnot Ogden Medical Center is looking for a Locum CRNA to start Jan 2Job Description:

• Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): main hospital Operating room
• Documentation System/EMR: flex and SIS
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 4
• Annual ER Volume: 35,000
• Fully staffed with RN and surgical techs
• Number of Operating Rooms: 7
• Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks
• Procedures Required (cont.): Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management, Local Infiltration
• Will reimbursed the following cost for Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Arnot does not pay for credentialing costs for application fees

Dates of Coverage:

• Jan 2-5
• Jan 15-19
• Feb 5-9
• Feb 26-March 15
• April 15-19
• April 29-May31

Requirement description :

• Board Certified (AANA) - REQUIRED
• NY License - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
• Experience required, no new grads - REQUIRED
• Must be able to perform all the procedures mentioned above - REQUIRED
