General Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency training program in internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology or a related field, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
  • Fellowship training in critical care medicine.

License & Certifications:

  • Board certification in critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), or a similar certifying body.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Georgia.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Experience:
