Excellent AZ Anesthesiology opportunity for Supplementalcoverage starting 11/1/24 or ASAP and ongoing.Eight providers requested.Have urgent need for multiple physicians starting November.Locums need to be credentialed at and work at all 4 locations.Must be willing to share weeknight and weekend call.$500 completion bonus per week for 40 hrs./wk plus at leastone night of call.Prefer candidates willing to cover at least 3 weeks per month.InpatientScheduled Clinic Hours + Beeper CallShift: 7a - 5p; 5x10 hrs./wk.Call Response: 30 min.Call Ratio: 1:5Call Back %: 10Ave. Call #s Per 24 Hrs: Phone Consults: 1 Pt.
