**Job Title:** Physician **Job Specialty:** Anesthesiology **Job Duration:** 6 months, possibly longer **Shift:** 8-10 hour shifts **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** At least 2 years required **License:** North Carolina license required **Certifications:** TEE certification required **Must-Have:** Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) **Job Description:**- Full-time CV anesthesiologist needed to start on August 1, 2024.- Supervisory role within a care team model consisting of 1 MD overseeing 3-4 CRNAs, but MDs have the option to work their own cases.- Practice involves a busy case mix, including OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, and ortho.- Average number of CV cases is 10-15 per day, with 3500-4000 general cases per month.- CV shifts are 8-10 hour shifts with no requirement for call or weekend duties.- General anesthesia shifts include various options of 8, 10, or 12 hours, with optional in-house call, night, and weekend shifts.- Proficiency in using the EMR system Cerner, AIMS is required.- Temporary privileges are available if necessary.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified anesthesiologist seeking to join a supportive and dynamic team in a well-established health setting.
