A facility is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.The facility is located in north Syracuse, New York.This position involves 10-hour shifts, with overtime available but not expected. There are 8 anesthesia rooms, and CRNAs are supervised by MDs at a 4:1 ratio. Proficiency in blocks is a plus for this site. The privileging process takes about 14 days, and the cases primarily involve general surgery and orthopedics. Board certification or fellowship is not required, but candidates must already have the necessary state license. There is no in-house or on-call requirement during weeknights or weekends.
