A hospital with a clinic is seeking a cardiologist for locum tenens coverage.The facility is located in Great Barrington, MA.The weekly schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weeknight or weekend call. Physicians see 10-13 patients per day, a mix of new and follow-up patients, with 0-1 inpatient consults per day. Required procedures include Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Electrical Cardioversions, and Electrocardiograms (EKGs). Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible (ABIM), have BLS/ACLS certification, COVID vaccination, and a clean background for quick credentialing. An active MA license is highly preferred, though candidates needing to obtain one will be considered.
