**Job Title:** Interventional Cardiologist**Job Specialty:** Interventional Cardiology**Job Duration:** 3 months, ongoing**Shift:** Night 5x8-Hour (19:00 - 07:00), Friday 3 p.m. - Tuesday 7 a.m., covering weekends only**Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year**License:** Active Illinois license required**Certifications:** Board Certification in Internal Medicine, ACLS, BLS**Must-Have:** COVID vaccinated and booster, Name Clear required**Job Description:**- Perform all aspects of interventional cardiology, including cardiac catheterizations, coronary interventions, EKGs, echocardiograms, STEMI management, and temporary pacemakers.- Conduct inpatient rounding and weekend call.- Collaborate with a group of 8 cardiologists for support and coverage.- Handle 3-4 procedures per day.- Manage the adult patient population.- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all documentation.- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days.- Travel and lodging expenses covered by the client.
