Job Title: Medical DoctorJob Specialty: Interventional CardiologyJob Duration: 52 weeksShift: Day - 3x12 hours, 7am - 7pm (36 hours per week)Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekExperience: Minimum experience not specifiedLicense: Valid license to practice medicine in the applicable stateCertifications: BLS or ACLS upon hire in an acute care setting; must obtain within 90 days in an ambulatory clinicMust-Have: - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school- Residency trained in interventional cardiology- Board certification or eligibility based on education and specialty- Valid DEA license in the applicable stateJob Description:- Diagnose diseases, injuries, and conditions using medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tools.- Provide and prescribe appropriate treatments with a patient-centered approach.- Communicate treatment options clearly, addressing any patient concerns or questions.- Accurately document all relevant information in medical records for continuity of care and compliance.- Provide leadership and feedback to clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.- Collaborate with colleagues and make referrals when clinically appropriate.- Be available for office visits, phone calls, electronic communication, and on-call coverage as assigned.- Participate in continuous organizational efforts to improve quality, safety, and patient experiences.- Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement.- Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.- Perform additional duties as required by the specialty and employment agreement.
