- Trauma Level 4
- PPD: 10-15
- Procedures: Full-scope CV surgery
- Active TX license required, open to IMLC w/ LOQ in hand
- EMR: Cerner in clinic setting and Paragon/CHS proprietary EMR in hospital setting
