Compensation – Negotiable
Requirements –
- Must have PALS, ATLS, ACLS
- Board Certified - ABEM required
- Active ND license or IMLC required - license preferred
Schedule –
- Open Dates
- Dec 25th - Jan 2nd Days (7a-7p)
- Dec 26th Night (7p-7a)
- Jan 1st Night (7p-7a)
Duties
- 24 hour shifts
- 1.5-2 patients per hour on average
- 12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours
- EMR - Meditech
- Must be comfortable with all ages
- A minimum of 250 case logs in the last year
- The state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the state
- Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation).
- Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital.
- Credentialing timeline; 4 weeks, or shorter. Will do temps.
- Mid-levels work 12 hours a day 10-10p. On Mondays, they have 2 APPs due to higher census.
