**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Endocrinology**Job Duration:** Full-Time Employment**Shift:** Days + On Call**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Experienced candidates preferred, but upcoming 2025 and recent graduates encouraged to apply**License:** New York License, or willingness to obtain**Certifications:** Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology**Must-Have:** - Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward Board Certification) or Board Certified in Endocrinology- Willingness to work in New York- Previous employment experience as an Endocrinologist is preferred**Job Description:**- Primarily outpatient responsibilities- Participate in a 1:10 call schedule, with additional inpatient call coverage only when inpatient providers are off- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for individuals with diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic disorders- Utilize the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diagnosis- Offer specialized services such as complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management, and nutritional counseling- Support diabetes education through individual and group classes- This position offers an excellent opportunity within a thriving practice- Open to H-1B visa candidates, not accepting J-1 waivers- Not accepting locum candidates**Benefits:**- Starting and retention bonuses- Excellent benefits including health, vision, and dental insurances- Paid malpractice coverage, including post-employment tail coverage- CME time and expense allowance- Paid time away from practice- Retirement savings program with employer matching
