- Seeking FM/IM in Arizona
- What is required for credentialing? Background Screening and drug test required prior to start in accordance with vendor exhibit, credentialing as requested post selection of hire
- Variable shift start/end time: M-F shifts 8-5, one hour for lunch
- Work Setting: Clinic
- Number of Clinics/Locations, will they be asked to travel? one clinic
- Age range of patient population: 18 and older
- Average patients per day: 18
- What does the support staff look like? dedicated MA
- EMR? eCW in November 2024, Epic starting 12/1/24
- What does training or orientation look like? one weeks onboarding to include shadowing and EMR training
- What type of interview process is preferred?- Teams/virtual acceptable
