**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Days PRN**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Minimum years not specified**License:** Active and unrestricted full license**Certifications:** Board Certified**Must-Have:** - Own personal laptop (No Mac/Apple products) - Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified - Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions **Job Description:** - Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams - Provide care and assessments to veterans, primarily interview-based with some physical assessment including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluating traumatic brain injuries - Conduct one-time non-treatment exams like separation health assessments - Complete evaluations within a standardized form without narrative reports - Submit Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires within 48 hours after exam completion - Engage in regular follow-up administrative work such as addendums and medical opinions - Participate in training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires - Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required - Engage in a one-on-one Pep Session via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for training, navigation of the online secure web portal, and guidance on service processes - Open to the potential requirement for travel to assist with cases, and willing to establish practice and grow within the system Please note, a copy of the ECFMG certificate will be required if education was completed in a different country.
