**Job Title:** Locum Physician - Breast Surgeon**Job Specialty:** Surgeon - Breast**Job Duration:** Approximately 13 weeks, February 2025 to June 2025**Shift:** Varied shifts; Monday/Tuesday in OR 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Wednesday/Thursday clinic 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Possible Friday clinic/OR based on patient volume**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Not specified**License:** Active Illinois license, DEA, and CSR**Certifications:** Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery with fellowship in Breast**Must-Have:** - Clean and easy-to-credential candidates preferred- Two professional references**Job Description:**- Provide specialized breast surgery services in a clinical and operating room setting.- Participate in potential weeknight call from 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m., and possible 24-hour weekend call from Friday 4:30 a.m. to Monday 8 a.m.- Collaborate with medical directors and professional colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.- Maintain accurate charting and documentation according to hospital guidelines.Candidates should be prepared for credentialing and payer enrollment processes. Travel arrangements are considered based on proximity. **Note:** We are looking for candidates without a history of malpractice cases or high payouts.
