Requirements MacNeal Cancer Center is looking for a locum or locum to perm to join their team ASAC-ongoing!30 Hematology70 OncologyNumber of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physicianHem/Onc only practiceAdults onlyNo Radiation Oncology on-site but connection to Rad Onc team at Loyola University Medical Campus which is 5 miles from practice.No APP's in practiceDocumentation System/EMR: epicEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 monthsPractice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer CenterAverage Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20Trauma Level/Designation Hospital: Level 2
Schedule Days, Outpatient Coverage: 9am – 4pm. Clinic. Must be available full time - no weekends
